Paul Wizikowski is an award-winning strategic communicator, creative director, and film maker whose work sits at the cross section of cinematic narrative, brand strategy, and live broadcast production.

As a senior advisor to NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine, Paul played a pivotal role in shaping the Artemis program’s public identity, leading brand development and strategic communications initiatives during one of the most transformative periods in the agency’s history. He helped restructure and elevate NASA Television and served as Executive Producer and Creative Director for the historic launch broadcasts of NASA’s SpaceX Demo-2 and Crew-1 missions, as well as the Mars 2020 Perseverance rover launch.

Paul continues to serve as a communications and creative consultant with NASA. Most recently, he wrote and directed a two-part documentary series for NASA+ chronicling the Artemis II mission and the extraordinary challenges of sending four astronauts around the Moon. The series became the most-watched documentary series on the platform, further demonstrating his ability to transform complex technical endeavors into compelling human stories.

Paul also served as Executive Producer for mission coverage of Axiom Space’s first four private astronaut missions—Ax-1, Ax-2, Ax-3, and Ax-4. In this role, he developed the editorial vision and narrative strategy surrounding each mission, crafting stories that introduced audiences to the astronauts, their journeys, and the broader significance of this new era of commercial spaceflight. He wrote live broadcast copy and led teams producing coverage from Kennedy Space Center, including launch programming and live updates from the crews’ time aboard the International Space Station.

Paul’s films and campaigns, including NASA’s “WE GO” campaign and the reveal of the Artemis Team, have reached tens of millions of viewers worldwide, inspiring a new generation of explorers and helping communicate the vision of humanity’s return to the Moon.

For his contributions to NASA’s commercial crew program, Paul was twice awarded NASA’s Exceptional Achievement Medal. Prior to his work in human spaceflight, he founded and led a production company that partnered with leading advertising agencies across the United States to create national photo and video campaigns for nationally recognized brands.

Throughout his career, Paul has built a reputation for finding the human story inside the extraordinary. Whether documenting journeys beyond Earth, launching transformational brands, or producing cinematic experiences, his work connects audiences to moments that shape our future.
